No person shall collect e-mail addresses by using a program or other technical device that automatically collects e-mail addresses from the Internet homepage without the prior consent of the operator or manager of the Internet website. In violation of this policy, Please note that Article 74, Paragraph 1, Item 5 of the 「Protection of Personal Information Act」 may impose a penalty of imprisonment for up to one year or a fine of up to 10 million won.

- No person shall collect e-mail addresses using programs or other technical devices that collect e-mail addresses automatically from the Internet homepage without prior consent of the operator or administrator of the Internet home page.
- No person shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of Legal regulations (1).
- Anyone who knows to be an e-mail address prohibited from collecting, selling and circulating under the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not use it for the transmission of information.
